In Karachi, the havoc of pollution has created an Environmental catastrophe. Though we all are aware of it, we don't know that a number of studies have reported that air pollution and heart diseases are dangerously linked. They are specially threatening for sensitive groups such as the survivors of a heart attack, people with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, patients with preexisting heart disease and the elderly. But Alhamdulillah good for you, YOU HAVE DREAMWORLD TO GO TO!
You will clearly notice that with blessings of Almighty Allah ALL of these pollutants are well below the normal limits making atmosphere inside Dreamworld Resort CLEAN & GREEN!
Scientists are increasingly realizing that our risk of heart attack, stroke and other health problems are associated with lack of access to green spaces. Researchers have found that those living furthest away from green spaces were more likely to have died from, or suffered symptoms of, heart disease while those who live close to green spaces are less likely to suffer from fatal symptoms of heart disease, such as angina. The researchers defined green spaces as bigger than 2.5 Acre and at least 65% covered by trees.
Dreamworld is 144 acres of mostly greenery and water bodies with uncountable trees and non-measurable area of shrubs and grass. The greenery at Dreamworld is Alhamdulillah a very soothing and relaxing sight to eye. Even better, cumulative area of more than 6 Acres of various water-bodies, like boating lake artificial sea, world largest swimming pool (sweet water) etc, makes the scene many times more beautiful.
Exposures to carbon monoxide may cause significant damage to the heart and central nervous system, especially to the globus pallidus, often with long-term chronic pathological conditions. Chichkova Prockop LD, Journal of Neural Science 262
Lead exposure is associated with high blood pressure, and studies have also found connections between lead exposure and coronary heart disease, heart rate variability, and death from stroke. "Lead Exposure and Cardiovascular Disease - A Systematic Review". Environmental Health Perspectives 2007
"Increasing NO2 exposure was found to be associated with decreasing SDNN (standard deviation of normal to normal intervals) and low frequency in susceptible populations."?
Result of the study: "Association between nitrogen dioxide and heart rate variability", published in European Journal of Preventive Cardiology
Long term exposure to PM 2.5 can cause stiffened blood vessels and longer-term damage to blood-vessel flexibility and their ability to absorb changes in blood flow from the heart.

Exposure to ozone (and the pollutants that produce it) is linked to premature death, asthma, bronchitis, heart attack, and other cardiopulmonary problems.US Environmental Protection Agency
Nitrogen Monoxide is naturally present in human body and it regulates blood circulation. If increased to unnatural levels, it can affect the blood circulation. It also reacts with Oxygen and Ozone in the air to make Nitrogen Dioxide, which is even more harmful for heart!
